Design, prototype and mold preparation costs must be paid up front.

• determine precise dimensions/shape
• determine the degree of foam density and skin thickness
• create a CAD drawing
• design & fabricate a prototype mold
• prepare prototype
• adjust mold & formula as required
• test & confirm prototype
• determine the level of fire rating (tests not included)
• determine the level of UV inhibitor (tests not included)
• select Pantone color(s)
• fabricate production mold
• run a minimum of 500 pieces/color

Custom Colors

The quantity of custom colors will depend on the product and the minimum amount of coloration that we need to purchase to make a batch. Can range from 1,000 pieces for the Basic Corner Strips to 10,000 pieces for the Mini 2D corners. All custom color product must be paid up front.
